She is trained in Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and provides these services through the Greenville DBT Collective, helping clients foster openness, flexibility, and authentic connection. Jennifer is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and has a special interest in working with survivors of domestic violence, offering a safe, supportive environment for healing and empowerment. ✨

She is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), allowing her to integrate multiple approaches to best meet the needs of each client.
Jamie also draws from mindfulness-based, person-centered, and psychodynamic therapies to support emotional healing and personal growth.
