🌿 Join Our Team at Evolution of Self Counseling

At Evolution of Self Counseling, we are a heart-centered, trauma-informed group practice dedicated to helping individuals heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. We are seeking compassionate, motivated clinicians who are excited to work in a supportive environment that values autonomy, collaboration, and community connection.

About the Position

We are a self-pay practice that also partners with select Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) to help supplement income as clinicians build their self-pay caseloads. Our therapists typically see between 15 and 30 clients per week and have the flexibility to create their own schedules to maintain balance and sustainability.

Clinicians are welcome to work in person, via telehealth, or in a hybrid format—whatever best supports their lifestyle and their clients’ needs. We provide office space for in-person sessions and groups, as well as secure telehealth platforms for remote work.

We hire contract clinicians and provide the structure and support needed to focus on what matters most—your clients and your growth. Therapists receive access to comfortable office space, a fully integrated electronic health record (EHR), and shared group therapy rooms for workshops and group sessions.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive tiered pay scale, with top tier reaching 65%

  • Training and supervision included, with opportunities for licensure supervision when applicable

  • Free CEUs when training opportunities are available

  • Access to specialized training and consultation, including EMDR consultation, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) training, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) education, and training in dissociation and complex trauma, subject to professional availability

  • Opportunities to collaborate on trainings, community partnerships, and professional development initiatives

  • Linkages to community partners and participation in community events for outreach, marketing, and service promotion

  • A family-like culture of mutual support, compassion, and growth

  • Participation in harm reduction initiatives, including Naloxone and condom distribution

Our Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for therapists who are:

  • Licensed or provisionally licensed (LPC, LPC-A, LISW-CP, LMFT, LAC, etc.)

  • Grounded in trauma-informed care and interested in modalities such as EMDR, DBT, Somatic Therapy, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, and parts work for dissociation

  • Compassionate, professional, and collaborative

  • Excited to grow both clinically and professionally within a supportive community

  • Comfortable working in person or through telehealth

If you’re seeking a space where you can build a thriving private practice while feeling connected, valued, and inspired, we’d love to hear from you.
