NEW Comprehensive Dissociation Recovery Program
Our Comprehensive Dissociation Recovery Program offers a deeply supportive path toward healing, reconnection, and inner harmony for those living with the effects of trauma and dissociation. We understand that dissociation often begins as a wise and protective response to overwhelming experiences, and that healing requires patience, gentleness, and compassion.
This program provides a steady and nurturing structure similar to the Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) model yet designed specifically for the unique needs of dissociation. You will be supported by a dedicated team and surrounded by a community that honors the courage it takes to heal.
The program includes several integrated components:
Individual trauma therapy, which may include Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), a gentle body-based approach that helps the nervous system safely release stored tension and reconnect with calm and presence.
Parts work, which fosters compassionate relationships with all aspects of yourself, honoring the roles each part has played in your survival.
Group therapy, offering both education and community through the Finding Solid Ground curriculum and Coping with Trauma-Related Dissociation. These groups provide a place to learn new skills, feel understood, and connect with others on a similar journey.
Phone coaching, offering grounding and guidance between sessions to help you apply the tools you are learning in real time.
A consultation team, ensuring that your care is consistent, collaborative, and guided by deep respect for your individual process.
Healing from dissociation is not about forcing change. It is about gently reconnecting with your inner world, learning to feel safe in your body, and rediscovering your natural capacity for connection and wholeness. Our program provides a compassionate and steady space for that unfolding.
With time and support, it is possible to move from simply surviving toward a life that feels full, peaceful, and connected. Every part of you is welcome here and will be met with care, curiosity, and respect.
