Schema Therapy Program

Schema Therapy Program (Individual Therapy + 9-Week Group Component)

Schema Therapy is a depth-oriented, integrative approach designed to help individuals identify and transform long-standing emotional and relational patterns that originate in early life. These patterns—known as schemas—often drive chronic difficulties such as shame, abandonment fears, emotional disconnection, overcontrol, people-pleasing, or recurring relationship challenges.

This program combines individual therapy with a structured 6-week schema-focused group, allowing for both personalized, in-depth work and shared experiential learning in a supportive environment.

Program Structure

Individual Therapy (Ongoing)
Individual sessions provide a space to:

  • Identify core schemas and schema modes

  • Process personal history and attachment patterns

  • Apply schema work directly to current relationships and life stressors

  • Engage in deeper experiential work (e.g., imagery, chair work, parts-based interventions)

  • Integrate with other modalities as appropriate (e.g., DBT, RO-DBT, EMDR, trauma/dissociation work)

9-Week Schema Therapy Group (Structured Component)
The group serves as an active, skills-based and experiential complement to individual therapy. It helps participants see their patterns in real time, especially in relational dynamics.
