Evolution of Self Counseling is planning their next community event. It's hard to consider that school is just a month and a half away. We know that for some students, Back to School can be a time of excitement. For other students, it can be a time of dread. Transitions can be tough. Social anxiety can be tough. Having difficulties with interpersonal relationships can be tough. School avoidance may create stress for parent and student. Academic pressures can feel like a lot for parent and student. Evolution of Self Counseling wants to help. As part of our community support initiative, we are hosting our Parents' Survival Guide to Back to School the whole month of September.

The cost of the course is $50 for all 5 sessions. Participants who participate in all 5 sessions will receive a $50 gift card for their completion. The $50 cost is to ensure attendance, so we respect the donated time of our therapists.
